Eşber Karayalçın was born in Bursa Türkiye in 1960.

After graduating from TED Ankara College in 1979,
he entered MSFAU, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture.

Between 1979 and 1994 he worked as an art consultant for the Mayor of
Greater Municipality of Ankara,

He lives and works in Ankara and Kaş.
